Restoration House Jewelry
“The true jewels are the lives we are touching.”
Restoration House Jewelry is handcrafted by single, abandoned, and abused mothers in Peru, and sold in the United States with 100% of the profit used to minister to needs in Peru. Norma says, “I saw a need for a way for these women to be able to work for a decent wage so they are not exploited and still be able to spend time with their children and provide for their needs.” All proceeds from the jewelry sales go to WTM to purchase new materials, pay salaries, and support other WTM mission work in Peru. About 40 or 50 children benefit from the sales.

Norma Rice buys the material, provides training, and pays each women for the products they produce to help transform each family's life. Norma says, “The true jewels are the lives we are touching.”

The women create beautiful professionally made pieces using Alpaca silver wire made in Peru for all the chain work, that has alloy added so it doesn’t tarnish. The Peruvian women make each chain by hand, with tiny jeweler tools, and each is a unique work of art. The materials used for these unique pieces are silver, ceramic beads, glass beads, Cuzco beads, wood and semi-precious stones. No plastic is used. When Norma is in the States she sells these necklace and earring sets very reasonably at various shows and shops.
